53401000 - Coolant Exchange Machine
The Sykes Pickavant Coolant Exchange Machine makes coolant servicing faster, cleaner and more efficient by eliminating the need to disconnect hoses. Using a simple conical adaptor, old coolant is removed from the reservoir and replaced with fresh fluid in minutes using a deep vacuum system - saving up to 25 minutes compared to traditional methods.
This machine not only accelerates coolant changes but also helps prevent air pockets in the cooling system, reducing the need for additional air purging. Its design keeps workshop floors clean and minimises coolant spills and ground pollution during service.
Without disconnecting hoses, coolant is easily changed by inserting a conical adapter into reservoir tank. The coolant exchange job can be done by deep vacuum within 5 minutes, instead of half hour taken in hose disconnecting and restoring job. Also, this vacuum exchange process can avoid air pockets to save air purge time after coolant exchange.
For some vehicles that do not have a straight in reservoir tank design, (cannot utilize the conical adaptor to do coolant exchange through the reservoir tank), the coolant receiving pan allows coolant to be exchanged using gravity.
